Day 1: Saigon - Vinh Long - Can Tho (L)

Meet the guide at your hotel in Saigon for a drive through the Mekong Delta to Cai Be. Upon arrival take a boat cruise to visit a brick & pottery factory, bonsai garden, or orchard garden. Enjoy a performance of traditional southern music and a sumptuous Delta lunch, including the popular dish of 'Elephant ear fish'. back your car for a drive to Can Tho, in the heart of the Mekong Delta. Overnight in Can Tho.

Day 2: Can Tho (B, L)

After breakfast at the hotel take a boat trip to the Cai Rang floating market. Here, each boat usually sells one particular item, whether it be pumpkins, pineapples, or sugar cane. To alert customers where to shop, vendors hang that item from the highest part of the boat. The afternoon is free so you can enjoy the most comfortable property in the Mekong Delta. Overnight in Can Tho.

Day 3: Can Tho - Chau Doc (B, L)

Leave Can Tho for Chau Doc, a stunning journey taking roughly four hours. Chau Doc town is situated on the Basac River, close to the Cambodian border. Stop to visit the Bang Lang bird sanctuary, the incense stick village, and the crocodile farm. In the afternoon you will take a sampan cruise to visit a floating fish farm and Cham weaving village. Later, you’ll head up Sam Mountain for a great sunset and a birds-eye view over the rice paddy fields toward Cambodia. Overnight in Chau Doc.

Day 4: Chau Doc - Saigon (B, L)

Take your time to enjoy a buffet breakfast before heading back to Saigon. Stop at the town of My Tho and take a boat trip to discover four beautiful islets: Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise. These evergreen islands among the Mekong River still remain unknown to many people, and you will discover beautiful landscapes along the river and observe typical Mekong Delta rural life. Back to your hotel in Saigon.
